ADHD and Exercise

I read and posted the article extolling the virtues of exercise and the alleviation of symptoms and behavioral concerns for children with ADHD. I teach in a full inclusion classroom. I have consistently observed that all children seem to benefit from some sort of physical activity. It seems to sharpen attention and prepares children to become "better" learners. Of course, I think all of us benefit from exercise. Research (not posted here) supports this statement. Would anyone care to specifically relate examples of how exercise supports the child with ADHD?
