Working Papers

The Asperger Interventions & Support, Inc. Working Paper Topics is an on-line, peer reviewed publication for researchers and lay persons to write articles or reflection papers on important issues, experiences, phenomenon, or other topics that reflect on the phenomenon or impact of either having an autistic disorder or living or working with someone who is impacted.

 Working Paper Topics will include a strong focus on themes that include:

  1. Therapeutic Interventions
  2. Educational Experiences & Interventions
  3. Medical Experiences & Interventions (including non-traditional)
  4. Maternal Stress During Pregnancy
  5. Parent Advocacy
  6. Future Expectations
  7. Future Provisions
  8. Book Reviews
  9. Personal Responses to Current Research

Papers should include contact information for the principle author, as well as affiliations or titles for all authors. Length of paper is flexible and can be up to 25 pages. All submissions will be evaluated for their depth and understanding, as well as clarity of perspective and writing ability by a panel of reviewers affiliated with Asperger Interventions & Support, Inc. and Autistic Disorders Understanding Center.
